Create an order with several garments on one invoice. Track each item through cutting, stitching, embroidery, fitting, and ready for pickup. Attach design and fabric photos, add instructions, and filter by status, customer, or date. Never miss a deadline, the dashboard flags overdue and due-soon work, and you get reminders on your phone.

CUSTOMERS & MEASUREMENTS
Keep a searchable customer book with phone numbers and order history. Store measurement profiles linked to garment types (shirt, trouser, suit, dress, and more). Choose inches, centimetres, or millimetres for the whole shop. Export measurement sheets as PDF to share or print.

PAYMENTS & INVOICES
Record deposits, partial payments, and balances. Cash, card, bank transfer, and mobile money. See what is still outstanding. Generate professional PDF invoices and receipts and share them (including WhatsApp).

EXPENSES & CASH
Log shop overhead: rent, utilities, wages, materials, transport, and more. If a cost belongs to a job, attach it to that order. Reports show cash profit: money collected minus expenses in the period, with charts for cash over time, expense mix, payments, and your pipeline. This is cash in the till, not formal accounting.

STAFF, ROLES & TASKS
Invite staff by email. Assign a role so the person taking measurements cannot change payments or reports unless you allow it. Create custom roles with permissions. Assign production tasks (cutting, stitching, finishing) with priority and due dates. Tailors get a clear list of what to work on.
