Khawla Art & Cultural Foundation

The Khawla Art & Cultural Foundation strives to motivate and inspire the creativity of upcoming talent. It was founded by Her Highness Sheikha Khawla bint Ahmed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, wife of His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, U.A.E National Security Advisor. The foundation activates interest in the classic arts of all kinds, while focusing on reviving the art of Arabic Calligraphy to spread knowledge related to all types and schools of calligraphy. It seeks to cultivate young artistic talent and enrich them with fresh knowledge, in terms of thinking, art and culture.

The Foundation includes a well-stocked library containing Arab history and international technical and literary books which it is keen to expand to become a reference centre for researchers from other specialities.

The Foundation also seeks to achieve one of its most important goals, namely, sharing and caring for humanitarian and charitable works in the world.
