App Description
Report an error to BRF and the association — photo, voice or video as regular email.
Felanmäl is a simple app for residents of BRF, community or non-profit association.
How it works
1. Enter the association's name and the email address that will receive cases.
2. Describe the error. Add at least one photo, voice message or a short video.
3. The case is sent as a regular email to the association. Photo and voice become attachments.
Video
Short videos are compressed in the camera. If the file is too large for email, the association receives a time-limited link. Videos are deleted after 30 days. Not YouTube or Vimeo.
Privacy
When you send a fault report, you agree that the information will be shared with LineSpotting AB for delivery to your association. LineSpotting AB is the data processor and technical host.
