Dedicated application exclusively for the Mount Sinai Hospital’s SLYM II
SLYM II stands for “The effect of Structured Lifestyle modification and Yoga practice on Metabolic Processes Associated with Cardiovascular Disease”. The 60 participants enrolled in this closed trial will partake in a 16 week, 3 session per week chair yoga regimen. They are able to select from along 16 half-hour chair yoga sessions and track their progress from within the application. Their various health markers will be compared before and after the trial, hopefully indicating an improvement in cardiovascular health.
