The application Traffic fines does not represent a government agency and is not the official application of the traffic police (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The source of government data is the State Information System GIS GMP, access to which is provided by the non-bank credit organization MONETA (LLC) (OGRN 1121200000316, Bank of Russia license No. 3508-K dated November 29, 2017) on the basis of an agreement, as indicated in the list of platforms on the website of the NPO MONETA.RU (https://moneta.ru/info/d/ru/public/users/nko/marketplaces.pdf).

The application "Ray. Traffic fines" is intended for checking and paying traffic police fines, issuing e-OSAGO, paying tax arrears and obtaining reference information in the field of traffic.

Protection of payments and personal data:
All transactions take place through special secure communication channels. The security of card payments is ensured using 3D-secure technology. We do not store your bank card details.
Payment of traffic police fines is carried out by NPO MONETA.RU (LLC). License of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 3508-K dated November 29, 2017. Payments are PCI DSS certified.

To check and pay fines you need to go through a few simple steps:
1. Add a vehicle registration certificate (VTC) for individuals and a driver’s license (VU). Traffic police fines are displayed with a photograph, address of the violation and the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses under which the violation was issued. This will help you make sure that the fines did not arrive by mistake, and also in the future you will know where you need to drive carefully so that you no longer receive fines from the traffic police from this area.
2. If there is a fine, you can pay it using a bank card. You can also pay the fine using SberPay and SBP - it’s fast and convenient. When paying a fine, a 50% discount is provided within 20 days from the date of the decision on this violation.
3. After paying the fine, you will receive a bank payment order and a receipt for payment of the fine. If necessary, you can provide these documents to the traffic police officer.
