Spectrum Health patients can follow and track the prescribed exercise programmes

In partnership with Physiotec, Spectrum Health patients can gain access to an App that will allow them follow and track their prescribed exercise programmes more effectively; research shows that this leads to quicker recovery times. The App was created by physiotherapists for people of all ages and for a wide variety of injuries and conditions.

This App provides users with high quality HD videos of the prescribed rehabilitation exercises from their physiotherapist or podiatrist. All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork to whether technique is correct, as the user can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper technique is the key to aid faster recovery from injury.

Users can monitor their progress with an interactive rating scale to track exercise completion, exercise effort and pain levels.
