Wise Teacher

Wise Teacher supports educators in bringing mindfulness and digital well-being.

Wise Teacher is an educational app designed for teachers who want to introduce mindfulness and digital well-being into their daily work at school.

The app offers a structured collection of resources to support both classroom activities and personal practice, in line with the WISE-UP teacher training pathway. Content is organised to be easy to explore and adaptable to different educational contexts.

Exercises with students
A selection of mindfulness exercises designed for classroom use, organised by purpose, duration, and situation. Teachers can save favourite practices and share feedback to support continuous improvement and exchange within the educators’ community.

Guided meditations
A collection of audio-guided meditations to support attention, emotional regulation, and personal practice. The meditations are structured into eight thematic groups, reflecting the eight sessions of the WISE-UP training programme.

Meditation tools
The app includes a simple meditation timer and a mindfulness bell to support regular practice, either individually or with a group. These tools can be adapted to different moments of the school day and integrated into classroom routines.

Video teachings and texts
Video materials and written resources complement the training path, offering theoretical insights and practical guidance on mindfulness and its integration into everyday educational settings.

Personal engagement
Basic usage statistics help teachers reflect on their practice over time and maintain continuity in their mindfulness routine.

Wise Teacher has been developed within the European project WISE-UP and supports teachers in fostering awareness, balance, and well-being in school communities.
