App Description
MLUMEN mobile application. Access to libraries, public data and the blogosphere.
The mLUMEN mobile application (PWA type application) aggregates and makes available to users:
* selected resources of the National Library and Polish libraries of various types,
* selected resources of other public institutions via the dane.gov.pl portal,
* selected content from the Polish blogosphere (scientific, journalistic, cultural blogs, etc.).
All content is classified according to the structured and consistent information and search language of the National Library Descriptors (DBN).
The basic function of the application is the possibility of observing selected "topics" (constituting at the same time the National Library Descriptors) and browsing the newest objects related to them in the main view ("feed").
The application also allows you to search all resources available in it and go to source systems (e.g. texts of blog entries).
Using the application is free of charge.
The project was implemented under Measure 2.4 "Creating services and applications using public e-services and public sector information" of priority axis II "E-administration and open government" of the Digital Poland Operational Program. The remaining part was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
