FormsDoks is a mobile and web app for companies that manage payroll and HR in the Czech Pohoda accounting system. It generates employment documents directly from Pohoda data — no manual re-entry.

Employment Document Generation
From an employee's data in Pohoda, FormsDoks creates with one tap:

Authority Notices
Ready-made templates for official correspondence with the labour office, social security authority (ČSSZ), health insurance companies, and other Czech public institutions. Pre-filled with Pohoda data.

PDF Forms
Access to official Czech PDF forms with pre-fill and print functionality.

OCR — Document Text Recognition
Photograph or scan a document and FormsDoks extracts the text for further processing.

Export and Sharing
Generated documents can be exported as PDF or sent by email directly from the app.

FormsDoks uses your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) — the same login as your other company tools. Access is set up by your system administrator or payroll team.

SECURITY

All data is stored exclusively on your provider's servers. Employee data (name, ID number, address) is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Authentication uses the encrypted OIDC/OAuth 2.0 protocol.
