IT Enterprise team tasks: assign, approve, attach, dictate, ask the AI.

ITE Tasks is the working task list of the IT Enterprise team.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Tasks — an overview of assigned work, with full-text search and filtering
• Assignment — take a task yourself, or assign it to a colleague
• Comments — discuss the work on the task itself, not over e-mail
• Attachments — attach files to a task (up to ten files, 50 MB)
• Dictation and voice notes — dictate instead of typing; the app needs the microphone for this
• Approval — finished work is approved before the task is closed
• Projects and stages — tasks filed where they belong
• Archive — a closed task does not disappear; you can find it later

AI HELP

The app includes an artificial-intelligence chatbot. A program answers, not a person. Your question goes to our server first and only from there to the language-model provider.

SIGNING IN

The app requires an ENTERA work account. There is no sign-up inside the app — an administrator creates the account. Without signing in you only see the login page.
