Casa Mea is the service offered by BCR to clients of mortgage loans "CASA Mea" and "Bpl Fix pentru casa", which allows users to upload documents for the lending process in an online platform, in order to manage documents, and to permanently be informed about the stage of their loan request, the next steps and the average time (determined by BCR for the same type of loans, based on its own records) till the end of the lending process.

Main Features:
• Uploading documents - from mobile devices (pictures from gallery or taken with the phone camera/ local or virtual storage). Upload is available as individual upload of each file on its slot and/or through a single file (bulk) containing all the documents.
• Documents handling (upload, preview, download docs& predefined forms, share, delete, history)
• Tutorials for documents/ stage (information, templates)
• View loan stage and details (requested loan type, amount, period, interest type and percentage, APR, etc), time estimates (determined by BCR for loans of the same type, based on its own records) and stage resolution
• Push notifications (correction for documents & stage resolution)
