Mobile Field Guide to Russian Butterflies - identify them directly in Nature!
Unique, first in Russia FIELD mobile guide to the butterflies (Lepidoptera) of Northern Eurasia: 64 most prevalent and visible species, each with photo and drawings of imago (both male and female if different), as well as text descriptions of their appearance, reproduction cycle, way of life, habitats, feeding plants and conservation status. It is easy and fun to identify species using 12 simple determination morphological and ecological characters with 2-8 values in each of them.
This app is only available in Russian!
Application consists from 5 main parts: Field Guide, Atlas, Textbook, Manual and Quiz.
The application works without Internet connection, you can use it directly in nature if you see or catch the unknown butterfly. Using the Guide you can narrow the number of possible species to 2-3 and then compare your object with their images and descriptions in the Atlas.
