How to access the application?

Sign up.
During a visit to the clinic, contact the administrator, provide your last name, first name and patronymic and ask to connect you to the system if you are already a client of the clinic. If you are a new patient, you must first sign an agreement with the clinic.
After connecting, we will link your profile with the profile in the clinic system. You will be able to use the full functionality of the application.
