Working with an electronic signature and signing documents from different services

Kontur.Signature is a Kontur application for managers and individual entrepreneurs who want to sign documents quickly using their phone. Now you don’t need a computer with a token: add one or more CEP certificates to the application using a QR code and give them clear names. For the application to work, your phone must support NFC, and the electronic signature certificate must be stored on a special Rutoken EDS 3.0 with an NFC chip.

• The application will send a notification about new documents, they will immediately appear in the application.
• Sign multiple documents at once with one click
• All certificates and data in the application are protected by a PIN code.

How to sign documents in the application:
1. Issue a CEP certificate using a CA: contact technical support or your personal manager.
2. Scan the QR code you received when you issued your electronic signature certificate.
3. Create a document or package of documents in the product and send them for signing.
4. Sign documents: Open the Contour.Signature application, select a document and confirm or reject its signing.

The application is available to clients of Diadoc, Registry and KCR. This list will soon be expanded with other services. Stay tuned.
