This is not a smart gadget, not a medical device, and not an AI assistant.
It’s a clean, focused sleep time log that you control yourself.
📊 Two types of logs
The app keeps two separate logs:
• Event log - every tap with date, time and state (went to sleep / woke up).
• Daily summary log - the total time spent in each state for every calendar day.
You can always see both: what exactly happened and how much time it all adds up to.
📈 Clear sleep graphs
There is a dedicated graphs page so you can see your sleep pattern at a glance:
• Daily graph - today’s SLEEP / AWAKE segments as a stacked bar
• Monthly graph - your sleep pattern over days in a month
Graphs visually show when you were asleep or awake, helping you notice your own rhythm.
⏱️ Three live timers on the main screen
The main screen shows:
• Main timer - current state (SLEEPING or AWAKE) and its running duration
• Two smaller timers - show today’s totals for each state
• Seconds are constantly ticking, so you always see how long your current state has been active and how your day is building up.

I originally built this app for myself.
My sleep is messy: no fixed bedtime, no stable schedule, often short naps and broken nights. I wanted to know how many hours I actually sleep, not how many I planned to sleep.
This app is for that kind of reality:
• irregular sleep
• night shifts
• naps during the day
• track naps and fragmented sleep with precision
• random wake-ups and going back to bed
📵 No gadgets required
The advantage of this simple “sleep diary” is that it:
• doesn’t require a fitness tracker or smartwatch
• works on a regular smartphone (even older Android versions)
• doesn’t run all the time in the background
• only writes to the log when you tap the button
• Just you, your phone, and one button.

There is a Share / Export function to save your log as a CSV file.
You can:
• send it to yourself by email or messenger
• open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV-compatible app
• analyze your sleep time as you wish
