The BrainBit Neurofeedback system is designed for self-regulation training sets prepared by specialists with a goal of being able to controll the brain rythms at will.
The system involves the use of a mobile application with the BrainBit EEG headband. The app shows the brain activity in the form of a game environment to control the video sequence or background music. Neurofeedback training allows you to learn how to meditate, quick relaxation, fall asleep or concentrate.
