r_k Courier APP is an application for couriers that allows you to receive online orders for delivery of orders, change statuses and build routes to restaurant guests.
Works in conjunction with r_k Delivery.
Significantly reduces the time for receiving an order by courier and allows you to optimally allocate time.
How it works?
> An establishment manager or a call center employee accepts an order from a guest by phone or via the website.
> In the r_k Delivery interface, the order is assigned to the courier.
> The order appears automatically in the r_k Courier APP
> The courier picks up the order from the restaurant, builds a route to the guest via r_k Courier APP
> Courier accepts payment from the client. Marks the status in the r_k Courier APP. Information that the order has been paid for arrives at the checkout.
