The mobile application of the network of fitness clubs Spirit for the strong in spirit.

Spirit is the official mobile application of the Spirit fitness club chain, which allows you to:
• Get information about the club
• Get information about the occupancy of the club and the remoteness of the club from the current location
• Issue and pay for a subscription, set up auto payment and payment history
• Get access to the personal account of a member of the cube
• View the schedule of group classes and create your own personal schedule
• Access a library of exercises and training programs
• Train on ready-made programs, adapt them and create your own
• Keep a workout diary, track results

Based on data from InBody Body Composition and Fitness Tests, club members have access to training programs that are tailored to the fitness level and goals of the users. Training modes: fat loss, endurance, strength endurance and strength include:
• low and high intensity cardio workouts,
• functional training with additional equipment and own body weight,
• training in simulators and with weights,
• special programs for women and men,
• focus training to work out specific muscle groups.

Each workout is a set of exercises, with an indication of the working weight, the number of sets, repetitions and rest times. Exercises contain video instructions describing and demonstrating the technique for performing the exercise, with an emphasis on key elements.
The app has access to location data in the background to provide users with up-to-date information about the occupancy of the club.
