If your utility service provider does not yet upload information to this application, contact them and tell them about this possibility. There is also access to a demo version where you can familiarize yourself with all the functions of the online housing and communal services office. If the management company provides additional paid services, you can look at the catalog and select the one you need, rather than looking for a specialist on the side.
