To access the full version of a resident’s personal account, the housing and communal services management company or HOA must integrate with this mobile application. If your utility service provider does not yet upload information to this application, contact them and tell them about this possibility. There is also access to a demo version where you can familiarize yourself with all the functions of the online housing and communal services office. OTHER APPLICATION FEATURES Submitting applications to the Housing and Communal Services Dispatch Service. View the history and statuses of previously created applications. Chat with the dispatcher to resolve housing and utility issues. If the management company provides additional paid services, you can look at the catalog and select the one you need, rather than looking for a specialist on the side. View current receipts for housing and utility services with a breakdown of payment items. Transmission of meter readings online. HOW IT WORKS: Transfer of readings and payment of receipts The entered meter readings are sent to the housing and communal services management company or HOA. The management organization carries out calculations using only current data. Receipts and charges are transferred to the mobile application, where they can be paid immediately. Payment is sent directly to the management company. Applications from residents The permit applications you create will be displayed on the housing and communal services website by the checkpoint officer, and the ADS applications created will be transferred to the management company.
