The treatment costs are fully covered by the health insurance company. Those with private insurance can submit their bill to their health insurance company as usual. For our service from Doktor.De, we charge a flat rate of €4.99 per completed telemedical treatment, which is not covered by the health insurance company.

Video consultation - here's how it works:
1) Log in to the Doctor.De app
2) Select the symptom that matches your illness and answer our digital medical assistants' questions about symptoms and your general health in the chat
3) Take a seat in the digital waiting room
4) Accept the incoming video call from the doctor via our app
5) Download documents (sick notes, prescriptions, etc.) in the app or select a pharmacy to redeem the prescription

Our family doctors and pediatricians are also happy to help children and young people. You don't have to create a separate profile for your child, you can simply add them to your profile

Sick note via telemedicine:
Do you need a certificate of incapacity for work (AU) for your employer? In this case, you will receive a digital AU that you can forward directly to your employer and your health insurance company. Please clarify with your employer that he accep
