Customized training and education for you with hip or knee osteoarthritis.

The app is used in the ongoing research study My osteoarthritis care - Digital care of patients with hip and knee osteoarthritis in primary care, which is being carried out in the Västra Götaland region.

In the app, you get information about osteoarthritis and have access to individually tailored training programs that are updated regularly by your physiotherapist. On the days you have scheduled training or are recommended to read a chapter on osteoarthritis, you will receive a reminder to your e-mail.

Every two weeks you are asked to assess your current pain and complete a test of your leg strength (standing up from a chair). The results are shared with your physiotherapist in order to adapt your training to your current needs. After each completed training session, you can comment and rate how you experienced the training.

Via the app, you can easily reach your physiotherapist via chat, where you can get answers to any questions and book an appointment for a care meeting. You are invited to a care meeting via the app and carry it out simply and safely via the app's video meeting function.

To use the app, you need to log in with your mobile bank ID.
