Consultation. Digital. Collegial. at Berlin schools
Collegial case counseling directly on the smartphone or tablet: SuRe online is based on the SuRe model (subjective relevance according to Prof. Dr. Clemens Seyfried). Become part of a multi-professional online community that develops self-directed and goal-oriented options for action for situations from everyday educational work. The selection of options for action is facilitated by four criteria, so a self-consistent and subjectively relevant option for action can be determined - completely anonymous, time- and location-dependent.
The app includes the following functions:
- introduce challenging or stressful situations from everyday working life
- Receive recommendations for action from other educational professionals
- Subjectively assess and evaluate recommendations for action according to the SuRe model
- Make a selection of recommendations for action and test them in practice
- give other users recommendations for action
The app is aimed at educational professionals at Berlin schools. In order to be able to use the app to its full extent, participation in a free workshop from SuRe online is necessary. The workshops include an introduction to the method and an activation for the relevant community.
