The Renovated Union of Local Savings and Credit Banks (URCLEC)
URCLEC was born from the Regional Development Fund (FDR). The latter, which was created in 1996, provided direct credit from a GTZ subsidy fund, without savings and without share capital.
It is managed by a board of directors, a credit committee and a control and monitoring committee made up of elected representatives of the farmers.
