DAuth is the online authenticator using your mobile phone to login to web application. DAuth enables password logins to be replaced with easier and more secure authentication mechanism. DAuth provides a strong authentication by using asymmetric key to sign a digital signature on a challenge message and return to the Identity Provider for verification process.
You can register your phone via provided website and use your phone to login instead of password. Using DAuth , you can simply scan QR code on web application to login, then the approve notification will be sent to your phone for your verification by using existing phone verification mechanism e.g. fingerprint, Face ID or PIN.
