This application is only for people who are identified by health personnel that they have a high risk of being infected by a dangerous communicable disease. ** Excluding COVID-19 **
DDC-Care is an application for monitoring people who may be infected by a dangerous communicable disease. A user has to fill his/her health information in a daily self-screening form for a certain period of time specified by health personnel to assess his/her risk of dangerous communicable disease infection. The information collected by the application will be used by Thailand Department of Disease Control and authorized organizations for the purposes of screening, monitoring, treatment, and disease control of a dangerous communicable disease only. The data collected will not be released to the public in a way that can identify an identity of a user.
