A Registration Process For Injured Patients

BANGLA AID App is a Registration App for any injured patient who are injured in various incidents.
Any Patient will provide necessary information like name, phone, Date of Birth, Occupation for their profile. They will also provide what type of aid they need and select the preferred center name with probable appointment date from which they want to take that aid.
Patient can also provide their incident details from which we can assure what type of aid they really need.
They can view their profile information with registered phone number by login to the app.
