This must be used in conjunction with the easyLog back-end software. It does not work stand-alone.
easyLog Care Book is a complete and flexible computerised record management system for care providers. The solution covers the full spectrum of care activity, from initial assessments, health and risk assessments, care plans and daily shift notes to body map and life story.
An evaluations section is in the app. Our customers are able to add their own bespoke questions and multiple choice responses from back-end software. This can be found within Service Users->Care Notes->Notes section.
