App Description
Cross-app revenue & installs dashboard for indie Play developers
The cross-app dashboard for Google Play developers.
If you ship more than one app, you know the pain: Play Console makes you click into each app, one at a time, to see how it's doing. AppOwl puts every app on your developer account onto one screen — installs, active devices, net revenue — sorted however you like.
WHAT YOU GET
• Portfolio overview — installs (today / 7-day / 30-day) and active devices for every connected app, in a single sortable list
• Net revenue per app — count of sales × your prices × payout, properly accounting for VAT and Play service fees
• Per-SKU breakdown — how many lifetime / monthly / annual sales each app made this month
• Pricing groups — set lifetime / monthly / annual prices once for a group of apps (e.g. all your tracker apps), assign apps to it, done
• Sort by what matters now — net revenue, installs, active devices, rating, name
SETUP IS ONE SCREEN
Sign in with Google. Paste your Play reports bucket name (find it in Play Console → Download reports → the "Cloud Storage URI" field, looks like gs://pubsite_prod_…). AppOwl auto-discovers every app on your developer account. No service-account JSON files, no GCP plumbing, no per-app token wrangling.
PRIVACY
Your Play data does not leave your phone. AppOwl reads your reports bucket using a Google sign-in token stored in your phone's Keystore. There are no AppOwl servers — there's no place for your data to go even if we wanted it to.
• No analytics
• No advertising
• No telemetry
• No AppOwl account — you sign in with your existing Google account
• Read-only access — AppOwl cannot change anything in your developer account
WHAT IT IS NOT
AppOwl reads the aggregated reports Google generates daily for your developer bucket. Install counts typically lag 1-3 days behind real-time; sales reports are usually current to T-1. For per-app real-time numbers the official Play Console mobile app is still best. AppOwl is for the cross-app overview Play Console doesn't do.
REQUIREMENTS
• A Google Play developer account
• Android 6.0 or later
• A Google account with read access to your Play reports bucket
