U-WIN captures vaccinations of all pregnant women & children under UIP

U-WIN is world’s largest
Electronic Immunization Registry for registering Pregnant woman and
children and further establishing digital tracking mechanism for
vaccination status to reach and reduce zero dose children. U-WIN, the
programme to digitize India's Universal Immunization Programme (UIP),
is being implemented by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of
India and will be used to register and vaccinate every pregnant woman,
record her delivery outcome, register every newborn delivery, administer
birth doses and all vaccination events thereafter. The UWIN citizen app
can be used by the citizens to register their Pregnant women and
children, eligible beneficiaries of UIP. They can search for the nearest
vaccination centers using the search options for District, sub district and
pin code of their area, book appointment and get digital certificate of
vaccination for their wards. Using this app the citizens can also create
ABHA for any registered beneficiary. They can also know the next
vaccination date for their wards. In case of any issues faced, they can
also raise grievance through the app.
