App Description

Universal TV remote control for Samsung, Roku, TCL smart TV. Cast & IR remote.

Lost the remote, dead batteries, or it slid down the back of the sofa. Open the app, scan the network, tap your TV — you are back in control in seconds. No account needed, and every TV brand plus the full remote work without paying.

📺 WORKS WITH
• Samsung Smart TV — modern Tizen sets and the legacy models back to 2011
• Roku TV, Roku Stick, and TCL / Hisense / Sharp Roku sets
• LG Smart TV running webOS
• Android TV, Google TV and TV boxes (with on-screen code pairing)
• Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
• Chromecast built-in devices — launch apps on the TV over DIAL
• Any TV at all, if your phone has an IR blaster (Xiaomi, Redmi, Huawei…)
• IR code finder: test each code set for your brand, keep the one your TV obeys
• TV not found by the scan? Add it by IP address

🧭 WHEN IT CAN'T FIND YOUR TV, IT TELLS YOU WHY
This is the single biggest complaint about every remote app, first-party ones included: it scans, finds nothing, and explains nothing. A "Why can't I see my TV?" button runs 7 checks:
• Whether the phone is on Wi‑Fi or mobile data
• Whether a VPN is on (a VPN cuts the path to devices in your house)
• Which IP address and subnet you are on
• Whether you are on 2.4 or 5 GHz — most TVs only join 2.4
• Whether the network lets devices see each other at all
• Whether that specific TV's control port is open
• The limits no app can work around
The trick nobody else uses: count EVERY device that answers on the network, routers included. Nothing answers means the network is blocking device-to-device traffic (guest network, client isolation). Devices answer but none is a TV means the network is fine and the TV is the problem. Those need two completely different fixes, and the app says which one you are in. Any check it cannot read says "couldn't read this" instead of guessing.

🎮 A COMPLETE REMOTE
• Power, volume, mute, channel up and down
• D-pad with OK, plus Home, Back, Menu and media keys
• Number pad to jump straight to a channel
• Touchpad tab (Pro) — swipe to move, tap to select
• Type on the TV with your phone keyboard — or just speak
• Open apps on the TV from a list
• Phone volume keys control the TV volume
• Dropped connection? It retries 5 times with backoff and says which attempt it's on

🧰 THINGS YOU'LL USE EVERY DAY
• Macros: one tap runs a whole key sequence — power on, switch input, open an app
• Sleep timer that turns the TV off after you've fallen asleep
• Home screen widget, quick settings tile and a remote in the notification shade
• Rearrange the layout, resize buttons, hide the ones you never use
• Cast photos, video and music from your phone to the TV over DLNA
• Wake-on-LAN to bring the TV out of standby
• Pinned channels, renamed TVs and recent devices, one tap to reconnect
• Three colour themes, including a dark one for the living room

⭐ PRO
• No ads, Touchpad tab and the pure-black AMOLED theme
• Unlimited macros (free keeps 3) plus macro shortcuts on your home screen
• Schedules: turn the TV off every night or run a macro every morning
• Custom sleep timer up to 5 hours, with a gentle volume fade
• Back up your setup and restore it on a new phone
• Monthly, 3-month or yearly plan, or pay once and keep it forever

🔒 PRIVACY
• Everything happens inside your home network — there is no server in the middle
• TV names, IP addresses and the list of devices on your network are never sent
• Anonymous usage data and crash reports can be switched off in Settings
• The free version shows ads from Google AdMob; you can review ad privacy choices in Settings

NOTES
• Phone and TV must be on the same Wi‑Fi network (IR mode excepted).
• IR mode needs a phone with a real IR blaster — most recent phones don't have one.
• This app does not mirror your phone screen to the TV: that's Miracast, handled by the operating system, not by an app.
