Allows you to make service requests with specific and configurable features, including: Service pick-up/start time scheduling, Type of vehicle required, Origin/Destination from a safe list or an open address, Vehicle reservation for a specific time, Center of Costs to which the service will be charged, dimensions of the load, etc.
NAVI TripRequest is part of the NAVI solutions ecosystem, a platform that allows you to manage service requests, trips, routes, itineraries, operating shifts, etc. As part of this management, NAVI granularly records the entire life cycle of these transport processes. Additionally, it performs the work of monitoring and controlling the operation automatically. Its event detection machine identifies the breaches of each client's business rules and allows management by exception of the operation.
