App Description
Quit Addiction to Your Phone
Your phone is full of apps designed to keep you scrolling.
They're good at their job. Too good.
CalmMyMind lets you fight back. Pick the apps that steal your attention, set a timer, and when you reach for them out of habit, you'll hit a pause instead. A gentle reminder to breathe, not a guilt trip.
It's not about willpower. It's about friction. The right kind.
The kind that gives you a moment to ask: do I actually want to do this right now? Most of the time, the answer is no. And that's the whole point.

🔐 ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
CalmMyMind uses Android's Accessibility Service to provide its core app blocking functionality.
HOW IT WORKS:
• The Accessibility Service detects which app is currently running in the foreground
• When you open an app you've chosen to block, CalmMyMind intervenes with a pause screen or breathing exercise
• This is the only way Android allows apps to monitor which app is currently open
WHAT WE ACCESS:
• Only the package name (app identifier) of the foreground app
• We do NOT read any screen content, text, passwords, messages, or personal information
• We do NOT access your keystrokes or any input you type
YOUR PRIVACY:
✓ No personal data is collected through the Accessibility Service
✓ No data is shared with third parties
✓ All app blocking happens locally on your device
✓ You can disable or uninstall the app at any time through Android Settings
This permission is essential for the app blocking feature to work. Without it, CalmMyMind cannot detect when you open a blocked app.
