Adjusting recipes to your desired macro split or calorie goal couldn’t be simpler (premium subscription required). Choose from a varied recipe selection which includes high protein low carb as well as post workout suitable recipes.
I didn’t want to eat plain meals & can't spend hours in the kitchen prepping as a busy mum to twins, so my recipes are quick to make. I stopped the takeaways & starting making fakeaways of my favourite foods, full of flavour but much lower in calories!
Believe me, I’ve been there failing at countless diets. I was only successful when I was able to cook foods that I enjoy, but in a way that was healthy.
The spark to create these recipes came when I followed the 90 Day Plan by The Body Coach. These recipes use a small list of everyday ingredients (CYO/Create Your Own list) to make lean versions of foods l love to eat while following the plan, getting lean & losing fat.
Even though the recipes were created to fit the plan I was following, the app has FULL calorie & macro breakdowns for EVERY recipe ideal for anyone wanting to achieve their own personal goals without having to waste time pumping ingredients into a 3rd party tracker app before deciding if they can eat it.
