[What is PASS?]
- Check authentication services like simple identity verification, mobile ID (driver's license, resident registration card), and PASS certificates, as well as personalized benefits and asset information, all in one place.

[Service Eligibility]
- LG U+ Customers
※Sign up and use the service only on mobile phones registered in your name.
※Also available on LG U+ corporate mobile phones and MVNO (mobile phone network operator) phones.
However, PASS is not available on corporate mobile phones.
※Children under the age of 14 must obtain parental (legal) consent to use the service, and access to some services may be restricted.

- PASS Money: Withdraw money accumulated through PASS to your account like cash.
- Asset Inquiry and Recommendation: Track your scattered assets and recommend financial products that are right for you.

- Provides a variety of services that provide useful information and benefits for everyday life, including finance, health, security, and mobile phone market rates.
- Identity Theft Prevention: Track mobile phones registered under your name and detect identity theft in real time. Free services available for verification
- Security/Network/Web Scan Notifications: Check for vulnerable OS versions, device damage, rooting, screen lock usage, Bluetooth vulnerabilities, malware after app installation, connected or available Wi-Fi risks, and links visited on Samsung Internet and Chrome.
- Provides a service to help you maintain your health by recording and managing lifestyle habits, such as diet and exercise logs.

[User Guide]
- PASS service is a free service provided by LG U+.
- Sign-up: After installing the app and completing identity verification, enter your password or biometric authentication information to use in the PASS app.
- Easy Identity Verification: Easy identity verification is completed by completing authentication through the PASS app. Turning app notifications on will speed up the process. (Notifications will not be sent if the app is deleted.)
- Mobile Driver's License Verification: Register your driver's license in the PASS app for safe online and offline use. Offline, verification is completed when the requesting agency/verifier reads the QR code/barcode on the mobile driver's license screen.
- Resident Registration Card Mobile Verification: Even without a physical resident registration card, you can verify your age and identity by registering the information on your resident registration card with the PASS app. Authenticity is confirmed offline when the agency/verifier reads the QR code.
- PASS Certificate: After completing identity verification and account verification under your name, you can receive and use a certificate. The issued certificate is valid for three years.

[Note]
- Available from Android OS 7 or higher, and fingerprint authentication may be restricted depending on the phone model.
- Service access may be restricted on devices released by other carriers.
- PASS service may not function if your phone's operating environment is modified (rooted, hacked, etc.).

[PASS Access Permissions]
1. Required Access Permissions
- Phone: PASS by U+ collects, transmits, and stores your phone number to verify and authenticate user information when registering for membership and using mobile payment services.

2. Optional Access Permissions
- Notifications: Required for receiving notifications, including identity verification, authentication services, and benefit information.

- Photos and Videos (Storage): Required for attaching and saving images stored on your device.

- Camera: Required for services such as QR code authentication, taking driver's license photos, ID verification, and taking photos.

- Location: Required for submitting (transmitting) mobile driver's license verification documents to financial institutions, public institutions, etc., and for providing customized information based on real-time location information.

- Biometric Information: Required for fingerprint authentication for identity verification. - Address Book (Contacts): Required for using the PASS address book service and importing contact information from the gift shop.
- Accessibility: Required to check the risk of links visited in Samsung Internet and Chrome.
- Display over other apps: Required to display results regarding the risk of links visited in Samsung Internet and Chrome.
- Disable Battery Usage Optimization: Required to monitor device functions and apps in real time to identify potential risks.
- Physical Activity: Required to measure steps in the pedometer service.
